Role Overview: We're looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach. This role focuses on B2B discovery conversations and setting first-time appointments (FTAs) with business owners and decision-makers.

This is not a closing role. The SDR’s primary responsibility is to conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for deeper sales and technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Make a high volume of outbound calls to B2B prospects daily
-Conduct discovery conversations (8–10 minutes on successful calls)
-Navigate gatekeepers (receptionists, admins) to reach decision-makers
-Aggressively gather and document key prospect information:
*Decision-maker details
*Business pain points
*Current IT setup and challenges
*Best follow-up times and contact info
-Qualify prospects based on fit, need, and interest
-Schedule First-Time Appointments (FTAs) for the IT leadership
-Log all call notes, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM (KEEP)
-Follow up with prospects who are busy or require multiple touchpoints
-Use provided scripts while adapting messaging by industry
-Participate in call reviews, mock calls, and ongoing training
-Support outreach via email and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) as needed

Target Market:
-B2B companies
-Business owners and decision-makers
-Industries may rotate (e.g., real estate, accounting, dental, medical, professional services)

What Success Looks Like:
-Learn the company services and value propositions
-Become comfortable with scripts and CRM
-Set 2–3 appointments per week
-Consistently set 1 appointment per day
-Average 2–3 qualified appointments per day
-Begin assisting with broader sales and outreach initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:
-Proven B2B cold calling or SDR experience
-Comfortable making high daily call volumes
-Strong objection handling and discovery skills
-Experience navigating gatekeepers
-Solid understanding of B2B sales processes
-CRM experience (KEEP preferred; others acceptable)
-Clear spoken English and professional phone presence
-Thick skin and resilience to rejection
-Proactive, aggressive (not passive) work style

Nice to Have:
-Prior IT, MSP, or technology sales exposure
-Experience with LinkedIn and social media outreach
-Background in appointment setting or lead qualification
-Willingness to grow into sales conversations and closing
