We are looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our B2B customers in the United States. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, order-related support, and proactive follow-ups to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
This is a B2B role serving a US customer base, so you will be working North American business hours. This is a home-based position. Candidates must have a quiet workspace, personal computer, stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload), and a noise-cancelling headset.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls,
• Respond to questions related to orders, product information, pricing, and shipping
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, documentation, or outstanding requests
• Track shipments and assist with order status updates
• Resolve issues professionally and escalate when needed
• Reach out to past and existing customers to check on satisfaction and support re-orders
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM
• Perform other tasks as required by management
Qualifications
• University or college degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a related role
• Excellent English communication skills (oral, written, and comprehension)
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable using computers daily
Compensation
Base salary range is between 28,000 to 30,000 PHP per month (dependent on experience) + generous incentive program (quarterly/annual performance bonuses)
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
