Appointment Setter

We are looking for a reliable and clear-spoken Appointment Setter to join our remote team at ---------- .

This role involves speaking with U.S.-based prospects, qualifying interest, and either booking appointments or transferring qualified calls to our clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow a structured process are essential.

We operate as a fully remote team and focus on building consistent systems, long-term client relationships, and clear internal processes. We are continuing to grow and are expanding our appointment-setting team accordingly.

Responsibilities:
- Contact leads via phone, SMS, and email
- Qualify prospects using a simple framework
- Book appointments or execute live transfers when appropriate
- Manage and update leads in our CRM
- Communicate daily with the team via Slack
- Follow call scripts, processes, and reporting guidelines

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or a similar role
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based prospects
- Clear spoken English and the ability to think while speaking
- Able to work U.S. time zones
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using CRMs and online tools (GoHighLevel and Slack experience is a plus)

Technical Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer (minimum 4GB RAM, i3 processor)
- Stable internet connection (50 Mbps minimum) and backup internet
- USB noise-cancelling headset
- Backup power source

Compensation:
- Full-time role (40–65 hours per week)
- Monthly pay range starting from $800/month for 40 hours of work, scaling up to $1,800/month for 65 hours.
- Bi-weekly payouts
- Performance and client retention commissions available
