The Customer Operations Associate is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end process of customer order fulfillment, from order placement through to final delivery. This includes ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, and resolving any delivery-related issues. The role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and upholding a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
•Receive and process incoming client orders with accuracy and attention to detail from entering orders to processing EDI Transactions up until invoicing
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, including inventory management and coordination with 3PL partners regarding order requirements, dimensions, and routing.
•Route orders using vendor portals and customer traffic departments to ensure orders ship on time and in full compliance
•Coordinate all aspects of orders for key account customers in US, including item ticketing, labels, carton markings, and shipping documentation
•Investigate and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or discrepancies related to order processing and deliveries.
•Investigate and dispute chargeback claims to ensure accurate billing
•Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems and enhance client satisfaction.
•Communicate order updates, shipping information, and account details to clients in a clear and timely manner.
•Provide excellent customer service through various channels
•Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, order processing, or other relevant fields.
• Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) and domestic shipping processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills including V-lookups and Pivot tables)
• Proficiency in ERP or other financial software
• Proficiency in web-based software, shared drives, and online applications
• Savvy and quick to learn new concepts and systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
