Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, Canva-experienced designer to support us on a flexible, project-to-project basis. This role is suited to someone who is immensely creative, confident working from minimal briefs, and able to take existing Word documents and transform them into slick, professional, brand-styled packs suitable for high-level investment funds and similar audiences.
The role is offered on a zero-hours basis and requires someone comfortable working at pace, responding quickly to feedback, and supporting projects as and when required. While working hours are flexible, availability during UK business hours (9am–5pm) is essential for revisions and updates.

Key Responsibilities
• Designing professional brochure packs, case studies, and document packs using Canva
• Working from brief overviews or loose direction to develop polished, structured designs
• Delivering work on short notice and turning around amendments quickly when required
• Managing small projects efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of output
This role requires someone who is creative, reliable, responsible, and comfortable working at pace.

Experience & Knowledge
Essential:
• High-level proficiency in Canva (this is a specialist Canva role)
• Strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of layout, hierarchy, and professional presentation
• Previous experience producing high-quality brochure or document-based design work
• Ability to work independently without heavy direction
Preferred:
• Experience working within the UK property sector or producing property / investment-focused materials

Working Hours & Pay
• Contract: Zero-hours
• Estimated Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on projects
• Availability: Flexible working hours, but must be contactable and able to make changes during UK working hours (9am–5pm)
• Pay: £8 per hour, dependent on experience and quality of work
There may be opportunities for increased hours or more consistent project work over time, subject to performance and business needs.
