JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We operate within the UK property sector, developing and managing homes within the specialist supported housing market. Our work focuses on long-term, stable housing solutions, working closely with partners, providers, and stakeholders to deliver well-managed, compliant schemes.

Overview
We are looking for a reliable, highly organised Operations Assistant to work closely with our Operations Executive on a one-to-one basis. This role sits directly below the Operations Executive and plays a key part in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day business activity.
This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), suited to someone who is structured, process-driven, and confident handling administrative and coordination tasks independently. A solid understanding of the UK property sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will provide direct administrative, operational, and organisational support, including but not limited to:
• Producing, formatting, and maintaining documents and reports
• Monitoring and managing emails and correspondence
• Locating, organising, and tracking invoices and records
• Overseeing tenant management, responding to queries, and dealing with issues arising at properties
• Assisting directly with monitoring and tracking KPIs for tea ---------- mbers to maintain accountability
• Supporting structured workflows and ensuring tasks remain on track and on target
• Using Asana to track actions, deadlines, and progress consistently
This role requires someone who is organised, consistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within defined processes.

Experience & Knowledge
Essential:
• A clear understanding of the UK property market
• Strong proficiency in Asana – you must be comfortable using Asana independently to manage tasks, track progress, and support accountability without extensive training
Preferred:
• Experience with leasing management within supported living or similar long-term property schemes

Working Hours & Pay
• Hours: 20 hours per week
• Availability: Must be able to work within UK business hours (9am–5pm)
• Pay: £10 per hour, dependent on experience
Progression
There is opportunity for increased hours and progression in the future, subject to workload and suitability for the role.

Screening Questions (Required)
To ensure applicants have fully read and understood the role, please include clear answers to the following questions in your application:
1. Briefly outline your skill set and previous experience that makes you suitable for this role.
2. Describe your understanding of the UK property market, including any experience with leasing strategies or long-term lease management.
3. What experience do you have using Asana, and how have you used Asana previously to stay organised and keep teams on track?
4. Confirm your availability within UK working hours (9am–5pm) and ability to commit to 20 hours per week.

Applications that do not address these questions may not be considered.
