Position: Virtual Assistant – Online Arbitrage (eBay ? Amazon)
Schedule:
• 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday (U.S. Central Time)
• Day shift required during training
• After training is completed, hours may be switched to night shift
• Option to start part-time (3 days/week for first 2 weeks.
.•Once fully trained maybe required to do 8hr shifts x5 days a week.

I run a growing Amazon FBA business focused on eBay-to-Amazon online arbitrage. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA who can source profitable, low-risk products and follow SOPs exactly.

This is long-term work for the right person with performance-based bonuses and room to grow.

? Core Responsibilities
• Source profitable products from eBay to sell on Amazon
• Analyze products using tools such as:
• SellerAmp
• Keepa
• Amazon Seller Central
• Follow strict sourcing rules (ROI, profit, risk, seller count, etc.)
• Log leads accurately in Google Sheets
• Communicate clearly and promptly during work hours
• Perform admin/training tasks when sourcing slows down

???? Pay & Bonuses
• $4/hour base pay/ after fully trained.
• $1 bonus per item SOLD (not just sourced) After probationary period.-(90 days)
• Weekly performance bonuses:
• 6–7 quality leads/day ? $15
• 8–9 quality leads/day ? $35
• 10+ quality leads/day ? $60

• You must be clocked in only when actively working
• Screenshots/activity tracking is required
• You are expected to stay productive during all paid hours
• Fast response time when clocked in is mandatory

• Must respond promptly to messages while clocked in
• Clear, professional communication is required at all times
