We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team as an independent contractor. This fully remote role is focused on travel nurse recruitment and is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset, with the ability to build relationships and close placements.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals via phone, text, and email
• Screen candidates, assess qualifications and their preferences/needs, and match them to appropriate assignments
• Present assignment details including pay, location, and contract details and secure candidate commitments
• Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and placement goals

Requirements
• Sales or recruiting experience preferred
• Strong English communication with confidence on the phone
• Goal-oriented, self-directed, and results-focused
• Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems

Schedule Expectation:
(8am-10am EST and 3pm-7pm EST)
