>Facebook Community Growth Assistant (Weekend Nights – US Time Zones)

We are hiring a detail-oriented, reliable >Facebook Community Growth Assistant to help grow and engage local >Facebook communities across the United States.

This is a part-time, fully remote role focused on community interaction and member growth, not content creation.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

Work Schedule (Required)

This role is specifically for US weekend evening hours:

- Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (US time)

- Saturday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (US time)

- Sunday: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (US time)

Time zones will vary depending on the chapter you are supporting, but all shifts are based in US time zones.

You must be fully available during these exact hours.

Responsibilities

- Join and participate in local US-based Facebook groups

- Share pre-written posts provided by our team

- Respond quickly and professionally to comments using approved templates

- Invite engaged commenters into our private >Facebook community

- Maintain a friendly, authentic, conversational tone

- Follow posting schedules and engagement instructions closely

- Represent a local community brand professionally

You will NOT be writing original marketing content.
All posts, scripts, and responses are provided.

Facebook Profile Requirement (Very Important)

To do this job, you must be willing to use an existing personal Facebook profile that meets the following:

- Profile must be at least 2 years old

- Must have real activity, posting history, and friends

- Cannot be a brand-new or empty account

You must also be comfortable making small updates to represent the chapter you are working for, including:

- Changing your cover photo

- Updating your bio

- Updating your location

- Updating your work information

This is required for authenticity in local community groups.

Requirements

- Excellent written English (American grammar, tone, and spelling)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates exactly

- Comfortable interacting in Facebook groups daily

- Reliable internet connection

- Fast response time during scheduled shifts

- Able to manage engagement across multiple local groups

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience as a Social Media VA or Community Manager

- Previous Facebook group engagement work

- Familiarity with Facebook group rules and etiquette

Pay & Hours

- 10–20 hours per week

- $4 USD per hour

- Fully remote

- Long-term role with potential for additional hours
