JOB OVERVIEW

This position offers a commission for sales on top of the base pay. Commission is 5% of every sell made directly by you!

The initial setup fee is $249.99 USD for our month to month. thats $12.49 USD for one sale. If we run a promotion the same rule applies based on the promotional value.
We have flat rate options as well which is our 6 month plan $600 USD commission is $30 USD and 12 month plan $800 USD commission is $40 USD.

Hours are EST 10:00am-6:30pm

Training will require a varying schedule.
I am looking for someone with a background in credit repair. This is a sales position which requires knowledge in understanding how to convert leads into clients. We use ads in order to drive our audience to our DM's in which we begin the conversation about our services. Some phone conversations may be required however we rely on DM communication and having a strong sense of understanding the process of credit repair and following up with leads manualy.

The ideal candidate is organized, confident in reading and interpreting credit reports, and capable of identifying opportunities based on a prospect’s credit profile and stated financial goals. You must be able to read a credit report thoroughly and identify negative items and positive items. You must have an understanding on what a potential prospect can do in order to build their credit based on their profile. This role is performance based with a expected conversion rate of 30?sed on conversations.

This position begins with a 30 day probation period to evaluate performance, consistency, and overall fit, with clear opportunities for long term growth within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up with warm leads via direct messages on Facebook and Instagram
Convert conversations into enrollments using a consultative sales approach
Review and interpret consumer credit reports to identify service opportunities
Educate prospects on credit repair solutions clearly and ethically
Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow up sequences within CRM systems
Schedule calls when necessary and close sales via phone
Communicate with internal teams using Slack and ClickUp
Track daily activity, objections, conversions, and outcomes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven sales experience with an understanding of conversion based communication
Working knowledge of credit reports including collections, charge offs, late payments, utilization, and inquiries
Ability to confidently recommend services based on credit analysis
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Comfortable communicating through direct messages and phone calls
Professional written and verbal communication skills

Probation PERIOD:
30 evaluation period with performance review upon completion
