CRM Coordinator

We are seeking a CRM Assistant / Coordinator to support the execution and quality control of email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role focuses on campaign and trigger builds, asset management, list segmentation, scheduling, and QA. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in executing lifecycle marketing workflows that support engagement and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

Build, schedule, and QA all email and SMS campaigns
Support trigger and lifecycle builds, with the opportunity to expand into flow creation over time
Manage signup unit execution and ongoing optimization
Create, maintain, and quality-check audience segments and suppression lists
Own campaign QA including link validation, UTM tagging, and rendering checks
Monitor deliverability best practices and flag potential issues
Maintain organized campaign assets and documentation
Ensure accurate execution across timelines and deployment schedules

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email/SMS coordination
Hands-on experience supporting campaign builds and scheduling
Strong understanding of list management, segmentation, and QA processes
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM or ESP platforms; experience with Klaviyo is a strong plus
