Freelance Multimedia Editor

We’re looking for a skilled Multimedia Editor who can work part-time (15 - 20 hours per week) to become part of our production team - Podcast Management Wiz!

QUALIFICATIONS
- Skilled in video, audio, or graphics editing
- Skilled in Adobe Premier Pro, Capcut, and Canva
- Knowing Descript, Riverside, Adobe After Effects, and AI prompting is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Submitting a portfolio or work sample is required from all applicants (You can be a fresh graduate, but have a portfolio)
- Has a proactive and can-do attitude
- Someone who’s willing to learn and can grow
- Proactive: Can find solutions to simple problems or communicate issues

ABOUT THE WORK
- Output-based - meaning a work day can only be considered when the output is completed and uploaded.
- Most of the time, you will work with Premier Pro, Descript, Capcut, and Canva.
- You need to know how to clean up and improve audio quality for podcasts.
- Work with team members to complete the final content needed for projects and social media.
- Extracting Highlights from Podcasts and turning them into Reels and Cover Images.
- Share fresh ideas that will help to improve podcast work and help the team. This can be applied later on once training is done and the standard of quality is met consistently.

RATE AND HOURS
- There will be training to do the assigned tasks once hired.
- We already have processes and systems in place that you can easily follow.
- We also have subscription to tools that you can use.
- Training Work hours required: 15 - 20 hrs. per week 6PM - 9PM
- Part-time Work hours required: 15 - 20 hrs. per week (Flexible) After the training, your schedule or what time you work is up to you, as long as you meet the weekly output required and you can work on weekdays 4 hrs per day. It’s also important for you to communicate during your work days.
- Rate: P12,000 monthly (15 - 20 hrs. per week, Output Based)
- No work on weekends unless approved overtime (paid) was rendered or you changed your schedule
- Payments can be made through bank transfer
