About the Role
Woolbuddy is looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant who can fully manage our Amazon account and PPC campaigns from day one.
This role is not for beginners or trainees. We need someone with proven, hands-on experience who can confidently take over account management, optimize listings, and run PPC without close supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations in Amazon Seller Central
Create, optimize, and improve Amazon listings (SEO-focused)
Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
Monitor and manage inventory levels (FBA & FBM)
Coordinate shipping and fulfillment
Assist with product launches and promotions
Analyze sales performance, PPC data, and prepare reports
Stay updated with Amazon policies and best practices
Handle customer messages and basic account support
Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements (IMPORTANT – Please Read)
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Amazon VA
Strong, hands-on experience managing a US Amazon Seller Central account
Proven experience running and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns
Experience with inventory management (FBA & FBM)
Proven experience working with Helium 10, Sellerboard,etc.
Excellent communication and time management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Able to start immediately and work with minimal supervision

We are specifically looking for someone who can take over immediately, not someone who needs training.

Trial Period
There will be a paid 90-day trial period for both parties to ensure a good fit. If successful, this will transition into a long-term, full-time role.
