Appointment Setter Needed for Outbound Calls (Remote) - As Soon As Possible

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter who’s high-energy and ready to call outbound leads to book appointments for our agency.

You’ll be handling outbound inquiries, building rapport with potential clients, and scheduling qualified appointments for our consultants. This role is performance-based and ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people and getting rewarded for results.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls with potential clients and answer initial inquiries
- Build rapport, listen actively, and identify client needs
- Schedule appointments and input information into our CRM
- Follow up with leads to maximize the conversion rate from inquiry to appointment
- Maintain an organized call log and provide daily reports

Compensation
- Pay per appointment booked
- Potential monthly earnings: $400–$900, based on performance and volume

Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with GoHighLevel is a must
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
