CHAT SUPPORT / CSR - ETSY PLATFORM

The position is responsible for responding to Etsy customer inquiries, handling shop orders, inviting reviews, identifying and resolving order and customer problems, and managing customers effectively, including some irate or frustrated ones.

Main tasks everyday
1. Shop message replying
2. Inviting reviews, and persuade customers to alter bad reivews
3. Operate the company's ERP system for orders

Required skills
1. Know basics of Photoshop and/OR Adobe Illustrator so as to deal with orders' customized but very simple design
2. Know basics of AI apps like ChatGPT to generate pictures and sorting out orders
3. Proficient in excel forms
4. Willing to understand some Chinese (only about 20 Chinese words) with translation tool
5. Patience, Accuracy and Flexibility in work is what you need to do the job.
