Part-Time CRO (conversion rate optimization) Figma Designer (Remote)

I’m looking for a Figma designer with strong conversion-focused thinking to help redesign pages and occasionally brainstorm A/B test ideas.

This is a part-time, long-term role with clear guidance, flexible workload, and collaborative communication.

What you’ll do:

- Design and redesign pages in Figma (test variants)
- Occasionally help think through CRO test ideas
- Work on ecom, SaaS, and lead-gen pages (home, PDP, checkout, landing pages)

What this is NOT:
- No coding, no analytics, no heatmaps
- No test setup or experiment running
- Deliverables are Figma designs only

Details:

- $500/month retainer
- Up to 80 hrs/month max (often less)
- Mon–Fri, flexible, on-call
- Excellent spoken English (fluent) required
- Clear briefs, Looms, weekly calls, and ongoing support
