Virtual Assistant

Overview-
We’re hiring a motivated Virtual Assistant to support our business through cold calling and lead generation. This is a serious sales role and is 100% commission-based, meaning your income is directly tied to your performance and work ethic.
What You’ll Do-
Make cold calls to prospects using our scripts and system
Qualify leads and collect accurate details (needs, timeline, contact info, etc.)
Track activity in our spreadsheet/CRM (calls made, outcomes, follow-ups)
Follow up consistently and keep appointments/leads organized
Communicate daily updates and results
Compensation-
Commission-only (paid per qualified lead / appointment / closed deal — details discussed during interview)
Unlimited earning potential for someone who is consistent and coachable

Cold call scripts + objection handling
Clear daily targets and calling process
Training and ongoing feedback
