Hiring for Youtube channel Manager for Search Based channel

We are looking for a detail-oriented YouTube Channel Manager to manage and scale multiple search-driven YouTube channels. This role is focused on research, workflow coordination, and quality control — not content creation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily topic and keyword research for search-based YouTube content
- Identify high-opportunity video topics using SEO and keyword tools
- Assign tasks to tea ---------- mbers via Trello and manage workflow
- Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Review completed videos for quality, accuracy, and optimization
-Upload videos to YouTube with proper titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Apply basic YouTube SEO best practices
- Maintain consistency and organization across channels

Requirements
- Experience with keyword research and SEO
- Familiarity with YouTube search-based content strategy
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience using Trello or similar task management tools
