JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support customer service and daily operations for our e-commerce brands.

This role starts with low daily volume (0–2 hours per day, usually 15–30 minutes) but will grow into a larger position supporting multiple brands as workload increases.

Responsibilities include handling customer emails, phone calls, order processing, and shipping coordination.

Daily Tasks:
• Answer inbound customer phone calls
• Respond to customer emails and Zendesk tickets
• Process and manage orders in Shopify
• Handle address changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Coordinate shipments through ShipRelay
• Update tracking and resolve delivery issues
• Handle complex issues when needed

Work Structure:
• Check systems 2–3 times per day
• Be available to answer inbound calls during agreed time windows

We are looking for someone with strong spoken English, clear communication skills, and prior customer support experience. This role will expand into supporting additional brands if performance is strong. You must be able to fully understand our products to be able to handle issues.
