Real estate assistant

I am looking for someone that has experience in helping a realtor with social media, blogs and making newsletters,etc. I have all the tools already just need someone with marketing background.
Ideal if you are familiar with Lofty, Google AdWords, Wordpress blogs, landing pages and AI. I have ideas and topics ready for social posts and blogs.
