Number Porting Specialist | Allo (Remote, Philippines)

Unlike legacy providers like RingCentral or Aircall, we built Allo from scratch with AI at the core, not bolted on as an afterthought.
We're looking for a Number Porting Specialist to join our team and own the end-to-end porting experience for our customers.

The Role
You'll be the person who makes sure customers can seamlessly bring their existing phone numbers to Allo. This means managing the entire porting process from first contact to completion: working directly with customers, collecting the right documents, entering information into carrier portals, and handling the back-and-forth until every number is successfully ported.

What you'll do:
- Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to guide them through the porting process
- Collect required documents (LOAs, CSRs, phone bills, account information)
- Submit and manage port requests through carrier portals (Telnyx, Bandwidth, etc.)
- Track FOC dates and coordinate cutover timing with customers
- Troubleshoot rejected ports, resolve discrepancies, and resubmit as needed
- Keep customers informed at every step. No one should wonder "where's my port?"
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our systems
