Senior GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist

Job Description:
- We are a growing US-based finance and mentorship company offering services in:
-Tax preparation & filing
- Credit repair
- Business & personal funding
- Premiu ---------- ntorship programs
- We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our CRM, automations, funnels, and client workflows.
- This is a premium role. We are not looking for entry-level or basic GHL users. You should be confident owning the system end-to-end and improving it proactively.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain advanced GHL automations, workflows, and triggers
- Set up and manage pipelines, opportunities, and client stages
- Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and surveys
- Configure SMS, email, voicemail, and follow-up sequences


Manage CRM flows for:
- Tax clients
- Credit repair clients
- Funding clients
- Mentorship students
- Integrate GHL with third-party tools (Stripe, Zapier, calendars, etc.)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain organized documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams



Requirements:
- Strong, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (required)
- Proven experience building complex automations and CRM workflows
- Experience working with finance, credit repair, tax, or coaching/mentorship businesses
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Stable internet and reliable work setup



Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting female-led brands or mentorship programs
- Strong understanding of client journeys and lead qualification
- SOP and process-building experience
- Eye for clean design and user experience within GHL






Work Details:
- Location: Remote (Philippines)
- Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with US business hours (PST)
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (to be discussed)
- Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
