We’re hiring an experienced Backlink Outreach Specialist to join our international SEO team, made up of 20+ teammates across the Philippines — including Cebu, Manila, Mindanao, and other regions.

This role is focused on high-quality, white-hat backlink acquisition for medical and healthcare-related websites. This is not an entry-level position and not spam outreach.

We already handle guest post writing in-house using premium tools (ChatGPT, Groff, etc.). Your focus is outreach, placement, and results.

What You’ll Do

Secure 25+ high-quality backlinks per month

Conduct manual outreach to:

Medical blogs

Healthcare publications

Industry-relevant websites

Place:

Guest post backlinks

Contextual editorial links

Resource and niche-relevant links

Build relationships with editors and site owners

Track links in Google Sheets:

Live URLs

Domain relevance

Authority metrics

Anchor text usage

???? No PBNs, no spam, no Fiverr-style links.

Requirements

You must have:

Proven backlink experience for medical or healthcare sites

Strong understanding of:

Domain relevance

Anchor text strategy

White-hat outreach

Ability to independently:

Prospect quality sites

Pitch placements

Secure links

Experience using:

Ahrefs / SEMrush (or similar)

Google Sheets

Strong written English for outreach emails

Compensation

Base Pay: $800 USD / month

Performance Bonus: $300 USD / month

Total Potential: $1,100 USD / month

Bonus Requirements

Minimum 25 approved, high-quality backlinks per month

Links must be:

Medical/healthcare relevant

Indexed

On real, legitimate websites

Approved by our SEO lead
