eBay Listing Specialist - Part-Time (20 hrs/week) - Immediate Start

Position Overview:
We're seeking a reliable part-time eBay Listing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to create high-quality product listings based on images and data we provide, along with general e-commerce and administrative support. This role offers consistent part-time hours with strong potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Schedule & Compensation:

4 hours per day, 5 days per week (20 hours/week)
Flexible schedule with required overlap during Central Time business hours (8-9 AM CT or 8-9 PM CT) for calls and training
$2.50-$3.50/hour depending on experience
Immediate start available

Primary Responsibilities:
eBay Listing & E-commerce Tasks:

Create approximately 10 eBay listings per hour using provided product images and data
Research and add supplemental product information including specs, dimensions, comparable sold prices, and market data
Write compelling product descriptions using our templates and guidelines
List products on multiple platforms (eBay, Depop, Poshmark)
Monitor active listings and provide updates
Respond to buyer questions and manage post-listing tasks
Use our internal tools and website for listing management

General Virtual Assistant Duties:

Support various e-commerce and administrative tasks as needed
Assist with inventory management and order processing
Help maintain product databases and spreadsheets
Other listing and e-commerce-related tasks

Required Skills & Experience:

eBay selling experience strongly preferred
Strong research skills and ability to find product information online
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity
Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy
Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces
Reliable internet connection and computer
Good written English communication skills
