Bee Man Dan is a growing U.S.-based honey bee and wasp removal service, combined with **Buzz for Gold**, a promotional sweepstakes business. We are customer-focused, fast-moving, and results-driven.

We are seeking a **reliable, professional Virtual Assistant / Sales Representative** to become a long-term part of our team.

POSITION SUMMARY

You will serve as the **front-line communication and sales support** for our businesses. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to handle customer interactions independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Customer Relations & Communication**

* Handle inbound and outbound **calls, texts, and emails**
* Maintain professional, friendly customer relationships
* Follow up with leads and existing customers
* Conduct outreach for Buzz for Gold promotions

**Operations & Admin**

* Schedule services and appointments
* Prepare and send invoices
* Track customer interactions and sales
* Maintain records using Microsoft Word & Excel

**Sales**

* Promote and sell **Buzz for Gold entries**
* Upsell when appropriate
* Track sales performance and commissions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants **must meet all requirements** below:

* Strong **spoken and written English**
* Quiet work environment **OR** noise-canceling setup
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* VPN access
* Personal computer or laptop
* Microsoft **Word & Excel installed**
* Headset compatible with **phone and computer**
* Reliable mobile data & load (must maintain connectivity)
* **PayPal account** for receiving salary and bonuses
* Professional attitude and strong work ethic

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Monthly fixed salary(Negotiable)
* **?1,250 PHP monthly bonus (first 12 months)**
*(intended to help cover a computer payment plan)*
* **5% sales commission** on all Buzz for Gold entries sold(650+ pesos per sale)
* Long-term opportunity with room for growth, pay increase, and promotions
* Stable monthly income + performance-based earnings

* Consistent availability Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm CST, and Sundays for unlikely urgent priorities.
