Video Editor (Long-Form + Short-Form Content)

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to edit long-form YouTube-style videos and repurpose them into short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities:
• Edit long-form videos for YouTube, Notion, and Skool
• Repurpose content into short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Add captions, cuts, light motion, and clean pacing
• Follow brand style and content guidelines

Requirements:
• Experience editing long-form and short-form videos
• Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
• Familiar with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Experience with social media content is a plus
