Pricing Support

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue freight quotations for international shipments (air & ocean)
• Apply Incoterms correctly in pricing scenarios
• Support pricing requests for U.S. customers and operations
• Encode and manage quotations in CargoWise.
• Coordinate with internal teams via email and messaging tools
• Maintain accurate and well-organized pricing records

Job Requirements
• Experience in international freight forwarding pricing / quoting
• Working knowledge of Incoterms
• Familiarity with the U.S. logistics market is an advantage
• CargoWise experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general PC usage.
• Good English communication skills (written and reading).
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and well organized.
• Reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Has stable internet connection

Training / Work Schedule
• Onsite Training for 1 to 2 months
• Remote / Work From Home after training
• Training Location: The Garden Walk, 105 Felix Ave, Santo Domingo, Cainta, 1900 Rizal
• Night shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PH time)
• Fixed schedule aligned with U.S. business hours
