Automation Specialist (Make.com / AI / Pipedrive / PandaDoc / Stripe / ToDoist) – Activate Law

Activate Law is a modern, founder-led law firm building a lightweight but powerful automation stack. We’re starting close to zero and want someone who’s excited to design and build systems from scratch.

If you love connecting tools, killing manual work, and experimenting with automation and AI, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
• Build and manage automations in ----------
• Connect WordPress, Pipedrive, Harvest, ToDoist, Stripe, and PandaDoc
• Automate client intake, task creation, document generation, and billing flows
• Experiment with AI inside workflows (classification, summarization, drafting, etc.)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automations over time
• Suggest new ideas and better ways of working

About You
• Experience with ---------- or similar tools (Zapier, n8n, Workato)
• Comfortable with logic, webhooks, APIs, and data mapping
• AI automation experience is a big plus
• Self-starter who enjoys building from a blank slate
• Clear communicator who can work with non-technical teammates
