Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) – Beauty & Creative Brand
Position: Virtual Assistant (Remote)
Schedule: 2 days per week, 4 hours per day (8 hours/week)
Pay: $5/hour

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support client communication, lead nurturing, and social media content operations. This role is critical to maintaining client relationships, increasing rebookings, and keeping content consistent across platforms.
Responsibilities
Client Retention & Lead Nurturing (High Priority)
Follow up with current clients (rebooking reminders, check-ins, confirmations)
Follow up with warm leads (DMs, inquiries, consultation follow-ups)
Send scripted messages via text/DM/email
Track client responses and booking status in a simple spreadsheet or CRM
Flag hot leads and clients needing personal attention

Tools You’ll Use
Canva
Instagram & TikTok
Google Drive / Google Sheets
Scheduling tools (Later, Meta, or native platforms)
Text or CRM system (scripts provided)
Ideal Candidate
Strong written communication
Organized and consistent
Familiar with social media (especially TikTok & Instagram)
Knows Canva well
Comfortable following systems and scripts
Proactive and dependable
