Make.com / Zapier Automation Specialist (CRM + Multi-App Integrations)

Overview

We are hiring a hands-on automation builder who can design, build, debug, and document complex workflows across ---------- and Zapier. This is not basic “connect two apps” work. You must be fluent in arrays, iterators, aggregators, text parsing, conditional routing, error handling, dedup logic, and safe update patterns.

What you will do
- Build and maintain multi-branch workflows in ---------- using routers, iterators, aggregators, filters, and error handlers
- Build and maintain complex workflows in Zapier using Paths, Filters, Webhooks, Formatter, Storage, and Code steps when needed
- Implement identity matching and dedup logic (email, phone, name, address) without overwriting the wrong person
- Normalize and transform data (phones, emails, names, addresses), map fields, handle empty/null values, and process nested JSON/arrays
- Create clear documentation for every automation (logic, mappings, edge cases, test plan, deployment notes)
- Troubleshoot failed runs and harden automations for reliability (retries, rate limits, idempotency, logging)

Required skills
- Deep ---------- experience with routers, iterators, aggregators, and error handling
- Deep Zapier experience with Paths, Webhooks, Formatter, and debugging
- Strong integration fundamentals (REST concepts, payloads, auth basics, safe updates)
- Strong data hygiene mindset (normalization, matching logic, auditability)
- Clear communication and documentation habits
