Remote Real Estate Social Media & Lead Specialist

We are hiring a remote social media specialist who understands how to generate and nurture real estate leads. This role is focused on driving conversations, capturing opportunities, and supporting real business growth. It is not a beginner posting role.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi platform social media with a focus on lead generation
• Create and schedule content that drives engagement and inbound messages
• Run DM and chat workflows to capture and nurture leads
• Set up and manage ManyChat or similar automation tools
• Support marketing campaigns and listing promotions
• Track performance and adjust strategy

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years experience in real estate social media marketing
• Proven experience generating or nurturing real estate leads
• Experience with ManyChat or similar automation platforms
• Editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems
• Must be available during Eastern Time Zone working hours
• Must speak and write fluent English
