Content Creation Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

- Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and creative Content Creation Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for creating high-volume social media content across 5 different brands, using existing templates and clear guidance, while also contributing creative ideas to improve performance and engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, fast-paced output, and has a strong interest in social media and content trends.

- Key Responsibilities

Create short-form social media content using Canva and CapCut

Produce 21 posts per brand, completed one day per week per brand

Manage content for 5 brands total

Schedule and deliver content 5 days per week

Follow brand-specific templates, systems, and instructions

Contribute content ideas and creative improvements

Maintain consistency, quality, and speed across all brands

Communicate progress clearly and meet daily/weekly deadlines

Work Structure

Full-time role (5 days per week)

Each brand is handled on a dedicated day

High-volume, repeatable content creation

All content created in advance and scheduled

Clear SOPs, templates, and ongoing guidance provided

- Requirements

Strong experience with Canva and CapCut

Previous social media content creation experience

Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality

Highly organised and deadline-driven

Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable

Comfortable producing large volumes of content

Willing to suggest content ideas and improvements

Stable internet connection and availability during agreed hours
