Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Shopify, Social Media, Ads, CRM, and Appointment Setting

I am hiring a dependable, long-term Virtual Assistant to support our Shopify store, digital marketing, CRM management, and appointment setting. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will work inside proven systems, follow clear processes, and support revenue-generating activities daily.

This is not a trial role. We are looking to build a long-term working relationship.

**Core Responsibilities:**

**Shopify Management**

* Upload, update, and maintain products in Shopify
* Manage product descriptions, images, pricing, and collections
* Ensure listings are accurate and optimized for conversions

**Social Media Content**

* Create and post promotional content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
* Repurpose product listings into social media posts
* Follow posting schedules and content guidelines

**Advertising (Meta Business Suite)**

* Build, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
* Monitor ad performance and make basic optimizations
* Run ads for both products and services

**CRM and Appointment Management**

* Manage leads and prospects inside the CRM
* Schedule, update, and confirm appointments
* Keep calendar and prospect records accurate and up to date

**Outbound Calls and Appointment Setting**

* Call prospects using provided scripts
* Set qualified appointments and document outcomes
* Follow up with prospects to improve booking and show-up rates

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience with Shopify
* Experience running Facebook and Instagram ads
* Familiar with CRM tools and calendar scheduling
* Clear spoken English and confidence making phone calls
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
