AI Delivery Engineer

Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Delivery Engineer to operate as the execution engine across multiple active software projects using AI-assisted development workflows (primarily Devin, Cursor, and Gemini).
This role is responsible for day-to-day task execution, AI-driven development flow management, local validation, and accurate time logging, while working under guidance from senior engineering and scoping leadership.
Daily Responsibilities
You will log in each workday and either:
• Pull assigned tasks from the prior day, or
• Check in to receive new tasks and priorities
From there, you will independently execute work using our standard AI delivery flow:
• Confirm task understanding using tools
• Run and manage AI sessions against the correct repository and scope
• Monitor long-running AI tasks asynchronously while advancing other work
• Open, review, and iterate on PRs using Devin, Gemini, and reviewer feedback
• Apply feedback cleanly to existing PRs (no PR sprawl)
• Generate and paste AI worklog summaries for traceability
• Pull PRs locally and validate builds when required
• Push verified fixes and clearly mark work as QA-ready
Core Execution Expectations
• Follow the AI ? PR ? Review ? Validate ? Submit flow precisely
• Maintain clean task handoffs when Devin sessions reach ACU limits
• Ensure all work is traceable to PRs, commits, and task cards
• Log human time and AI time accurately and separately
• Flag scope gaps, unclear requirements, or blockers early
• Keep projects moving without needing reminders or micromanagement
Required Skills & Traits
• Strong technical writing and comprehension skills
• Excellent task and time management
• Experienced with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Devin
• Highly self-directed; you do not need to be chased
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Able to break down tasks and follow structured workflows
• Confident communicating needs, blockers, and status updates
• Able to work US hours (7am–3pm MT)
• Strong spoken and written English
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn modern AI-driven workflows
Preferred / Bonus Skills
• Experience with Figma, React, Flutter, Jira, Google Docs & Sheets
• Comfortable using formulas in Sheets for tracking or summaries
• Experience pulling repos locally and running builds to validate PRs
• Familiarity with GitHub PR workflows and code review etiquette
