30 sec Videos - We require 5- 10 templates and 100+ videos

We need to produce 5 - 10 video templates for our landing pages. The videos target local cities and keywords.
In the past we have used Animote to develop our videos. It works fine. We just want a new look. The 10 videos will have a different look and feel using similar script; howver there will be some new info on every video.

For example...there may be a picture of New York, then Chicago.
One may discuss Gambling Addiction another Shopping addiction...
