Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships Manager | High Growth Brands

We’re looking for someone who actually understands influencer + affiliate outreach, not just sending free product.

You’ll build and scale authentic creator relationships for two fast-growing brands:

• Greens supplement
• Mobility / myofascial tool

Your mission: Turn the right creators into long-term affiliates driving UGC, trust, and sales—without paid fees.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-intent creators in UpPromote & TikTok Shop
• Support content creation, angles, and repeat posts
• Build a systematic pipeline of affiliates, not one-offs

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on influencer/affiliate experience
• Can DM creators daily (Instagram + TikTok)
• Nurtures relationships over time
• Organizes outreach and trackers

Bonus: Experience with supplements, wellness, TikTok Shop, or founder-led brands

Success looks like:

• Influencers posting without chasing
• Repeat UGC and affiliate content
• Snowballing TikTok Shop traction

Not this role: Mass gifting, paid negotiations, vanity follower chasing
