Virtual Assistant for a Leading YouTube Bodycam Channel

I am owner of multiple YouTube channels in True Crime and Bodycam niche with combined 200M views and over 700k subscribers. I'm seeking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our fast-growing bodycam channel, Naked Criminal. With almost 300,000 subscribers and ambitious goals for future growth, we're looking for someone who can play a pivotal role in elevating our content.

How? Your main objective will be to help us acquire unique and highly engaging bodycam footage. Initially, your role will involve email outreach to various law enforcement agencies, and managing the communication with them. We'll teach you how to use AI properly for this so that the outreach is much easier and smooth! There's also potential to grow into overseeing the entire content ideation and sourcing team. Our expectations:
- You will be really well-organized, with ability to track all the progress on each contact point
- You will be proactive and don't take 'No' for an answer (some of the agencies need a bit of pushing to release the footage)
- Experience with FOIA is a plus
- Good and effective communication
- Meeting deadlines, proactively communicating any issues or roadblocks
