About Us

Healthcare Business Academy is a coaching and software platform that helps physical therapists and chiropractors build profitable, cash-based practices. Our brand represents premium, high-value education and business coaching — and our social media presence needs to reflect that at every touchpoint. We're looking for someone who can own our content pipeline from raw footage to published post and help us grow across every platform.

---

The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager who can do more than just schedule posts. You'll be responsible for managing our entire social media presence across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook — from extracting the best ---------- nts out of raw content to designing graphics, editing short-form clips, scheduling everything on a consistent calendar, and actively contributing ideas to grow our audience.

This role requires someone with a sharp creative eye, strong graphic design skills, and the organizational discipline to keep a content calendar running without things falling through the cracks. You'll work directly with leadership and will be a key voice in shaping how our brand shows up online.

---

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and scheduling all content across YouTube (long-form and Shorts), Instagram (posts, Reels, Stories), and Facebook (posts, Reels, Stories)
- Reviewing raw video and audio content, identifying the strongest ---------- nts, and pitching highlight clips and post ideas to leadership for approval
- Editing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) that fits current platform trends while maintaining our premium brand identity
- Designing graphics for posts, carousels, thumbnails, and Stories that are on-brand and visually polished
- Maintaining a detailed, organized content calendar — nothing publishes late, nothing gets missed
- Upholding and elevating our brand standards across every piece of content — fonts, colors, tone, and visual identity must be consistent and premium
- Proactively bringing content ideas, format experiments, and growth strategies to the table — not waiting to be told what to post
- Tracking post performance and engagement metrics, reporting insights, and adjusting strategy based on what's working
- Staying current on platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and best practices across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

---

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or personal brand (not just personal accounts)
- Strong graphic design skills — you're proficient in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite and can produce clean, professional visuals quickly
- Video editing capability for short-form content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you live by content calendars, checklists, and deadlines
- Ability to watch long-form raw content and identify the most engaging, shareable ---------- nts without being told exactly what to look for
- Understanding of what makes content perform on each platform — you know the difference between what works on YouTube Shorts vs. Instagram Reels vs. Facebook
- Strong sense of brand identity — you can look at a post and immediately tell if it's on-brand or off
- Proactive communicator who brings ideas, flags issues early, and doesn't need constant direction
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

---

Bonus Points

- IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE SETTING UP ADS
- Experience working with coaching, education, or healthcare brands
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnail strategy)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Copywriting skills — you can write captions that sound human, not templated
- Experience growing accounts from small audiences to meaningful followings
- Basic understanding of paid social media and how organic content supports ad strategy

---

Brand Standards You'll Be Working With

Our brand is premium and clean. Think bold, confident, and professional — not cluttered, overly casual, or generic. You'll receive brand guidelines and assets, and you'll be expected to protect and improve the visual identity across every post. If you've worked with brands that take their aesthetic seriously, you'll thrive here.

---

Schedule & Setup

- Full-time role (40 hours/week)
- Hybrid setup: Remote with 1-2 days per week in-person at our BGC location
- Must be available to align with US Eastern Time for content reviews, approvals, and team syncs

---

Why This Role

You won't be buried in busywork posting recycled quotes on a template. You'll have creative input, direct access to leadership, and real ownership over how a growing brand shows up online. If you care about quality, have strong opinions about what good content looks like, and want to help build something — not just maintain it — this is the role.

---

How to Apply

Send your application with the following:

1. Your resume or CV
2. Links to 2-3 social media accounts you've managed (include your specific role and what you were responsible for)
3. A short Loom video (3-5 minutes) walking us through your content creation process — how you go from raw material or an idea to a finished, scheduled post
4. 2-3 sample graphics or short-form video edits you've created

Applications without a Loom video and portfolio samples will not be reviewed.
