We’re looking for a Shopify Customer Support Specialist who is excited about helping customers, solving problems, and making e-commerce feel less overwhelming. If you enjoy guiding people, troubleshooting issues, and being the calm, reliable person customers can count on, you’ll fit right in.

JOB TITLE: Shopify Customer Support Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist with Shopify-related issues including store setup, product listings, payment gateways, themes, and app integrations
- Education & Guidance: Provide clear instructions on Shopify features, tools, and best practices to help customers optimize their stores
- Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns efficiently and thoughtfully
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical support, sales, and marketing) to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to processes, tools, and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in an e-commerce or SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Shopify is required
- Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help people succeed
- Comfortable using customer support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, and CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus if you have)
- Shopify Partner or Shopify Expert certification
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and current trends
