We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to define and scale our brand identity. You will be the guardian of our visual language, ensuring that our brand looks as sophisticated and innovative as the solutions we build. From high-converting website UI elements to data-heavy LinkedIn carousels, you will turn complex business concepts into clean, compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity Evolution: Maintain and expand our visual identity system. You’ll create style guides, iconography, and templates that ensure consistency across every touchpoint.
Web & UI Design: Partner with our Web Developers to design high-fidelity mockups, landing pages, and interactive elements that improve UX and drive lead generation.
B2B Social Content: Design "scroll-stopping" assets for LinkedIn and X
Sales & Marketing Collateral: Create premium assets for the sales team, such as pitch decks, whitepaper layouts, case studies, and one-pagers that look "Enterprise-ready."
Multi-Media Support: Basic motion graphics or video editing for social ad campaigns and product walkthroughs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of design experience, preferably within a B2B, Tech, or Agency environment.
Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in Figma (for web/UI) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
B2B Sensibility: An understanding of how to use typography, whitespace, and color to convey "Professionalism" without being "Boring."
Data Visualization: A talent for turning boring spreadsheets into beautiful, easy-to-digest charts and infographics.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems and real-world digital content (specifically B2B examples).
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with Webflow or Framer.
Basic motion design skills (After Effects or Lottie files).
Experience designing for "Technical" audiences (Developers, Engineers, or C-Suite).
