Performance Bonuses:
Up to $500 per challenge based on conversion targets (only when quality gates pass).

This is a systems-driven leadership role. You’ll refine the checklists, dashboards, and rhythms that make our marketing engine hum. You’ll guide the people and processes that keep results visible, measurable, and consistently excellent.

We help coaches and holistic practitioners reach $10k–$30k months with training, templates, AI wizards, coaching, and challenges.
We’ve taught our Heartselling™ system to more than 150,000 coaches and holistic practitioners through live speaking events, and over 14,000 people have attended our signature Client Attraction Summit event.
Our members have changed millions of lives collectively through their healing and empowerment work.
We’ve built a high-performing, values-driven marketing engine that runs with precision, so our founders and creative team can stay focused on vision, innovation, and impact.
Outcomes (What “Great” Looks Like):
Launches run clean and on schedule with clear visibility across the team.
Challenge to event conversion returns to approximately 4.0 percent or higher.
Dashboards and checklists make performance transparent and repeatable.
Founder and CMO updated proactively, not reactively.
KPIs (You Own These):
Per-challenge conversion targets met (we provide targets; you drive cadence and proof).
Misfires or irrelevant sends under 2 percent per challenge.
At least 95 percent of milestones on time and under 1 percent critical post-launch errors.
Daily dashboard by 1 PM PT and weekly summary with owners, actions, and risks.
Correct CEO escalations limited to one to two per month, with clear decision rules.
What you’ll do (Builder–Driver):
Build and Improve Systems
Rapidly create or refine systems such as Launch Greenlight Checks (T-24h and T-2h), coverage and response rules for P1 (critical) and P2 (important), UTM tracking standards, and the Proof Drops pipeline (capture, store, handoff).
Orchestrate Projects
Coordinate multiple projects including challenges, partner or JV promos, speaking gig prep and follow-ups, weekly nurture content, and asset refreshes.
Maintain a master marketing calendar and
Lead the Marketing Team
Provide clear direction to the
Hold weekly one-on-ones, coach on KPIs, and review SOPs.
Manage vendors such as copywriters and ads agencies with briefs, deadlines, and definitions of done.
Quality Assurance and Reporting
Serve as the QA gatekeeper for links, payments, tracking, and audience segmentation.
Keep a QA log and update SOPs after root-cause reviews.
Prepare daily executive summaries during live events.
Event Enrollment Operations (Virtual Sales Floor)
Maintain live leaderboards, triage issues quickly, and update proof in real time.
Virtual Sales Floor (online event model): live leaderboard updated hourly, rapid triage, real-time proof updates, and end-of-day executive summaries.
Not in Scope:
Offer, hook, price, budget, or media mix decisions (CMO).
Final copy and brand voice (Copy Lead and CMO).
Must-Have Experience:
Three or more years as a marketing project manager or operations lead running multi-channel launches (ads,
Proven record of creating and enforcing QA checklists and dashboards.
Experience supervising VAs and managing vendors.
Tools:
