JOB OVERVIEW

Programmatic SEO Implementation Engineer
Full-Time | $18,720 USD / year

About the Role
Pesty Marketing is scaling a programmatic SEO system that supports dozens of live client websites. This role exists to own execution inside that system as volume and complexity increase.

This is not a support role. This is a production role with real consequences. Small mistakes compound. Clean execution compounds faster.

You will be responsible for shipping, maintaining, and scaling programmatic SEO builds across WordPress sites using structured data, templates, and automation tools. You will work closely with a US-based SEO and engineering team and are expected to operate with minimal oversight once trained.

The Mission
Own end-to-end execution of programmatic SEO implementations so pages launch clean, remain stable, and scale without rework.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

Programmatic sites launch without post-launch fixes
Airtable ? WordPress syncs remain stable
Templates stay consistent across clients while supporting brand variance
URL structures, breadcrumbs, and internal linking match the Website Architecture Document every time
SEO leads trust your builds without audits
New pages can be added without breaking existing pages

Success equals clean launches and zero architectural debt.
