We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible Operations Assistant to help our team run smoothly and support various operational projects.
Role Overview:
The Operations Assistant will provide general support across the organization’s operations, helping with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing details, and supporting teams to ensure processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with operations-related projects and initiatives as they arise.
Support day-to-day operational tasks and processes.
Help with scheduling, tracking, and reporting on organizational activities.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers across departments to support smooth workflows.
Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and follow through with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and other office software.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in operations, project support, or administrative work is a plus but not required.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
