AI Video Editor / AI Reels Creator (Instagram, Long-Term)

We are building an AI-driven content factory focused on short-form Instagram Reels.
This role is for creators who already work with AI-generated video and understand how to create short videos that drive attention and website leads.

This is a long-term position, not a one-off project.

What you’ll do:

Create short-form Reels (5–15 seconds) using:

fully AI-generated video

hybrid videos (real footage + AI b-roll, transitions, effects)

Produce 5–10 videos per day

Follow written technical briefs (no micromanagement)

Focus on performance: hooks, retention, engagement, clicks

What we care about:

Real experience with AI video creation

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and viral formats

Ability to work independently and consistently

Attention to detail and quality

Requirements (mandatory):

Portfolio of AI-generated videos (Instagram, Shorts, or direct links)

English communication skills

Ability to meet daily content targets

Test Task:

1 short unpaid test video (brief provided)

Any AI tools of your choice
