Job Summary
Triple A Air Conditioning is seeking a Marketing Lead Coordinator responsible for handling all incoming marketing leads from paid and organic sources. Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage all inbound marketing leads from multiple sources, including:
Facebook
Angi Leads
Yelp Leads
Website form fills
Call tracking and other third-party marketing platforms
Respond immediately to new leads (minutes matter) via phone, text, and
Make persistent outbound follow-up attempts on unbooked leads using a structured cadence until:
The appointment is booked, or The lead is confirmed unqualified or exhausted
Accurately log all lead activity in ServiceTitan, including:
Call outcomes
Booking status
Disposition codes
Notes for reporting and ROI tracking
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to:
Identify lead quality issues
Spot trends by source
Improve booking rates and cost per booked call
Ensure every paid lead receives maximum effort to convert into a scheduled appointment.
Required Qualifications
ServiceTitan experience (required)
Prior experience booking marketing leads for residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades)
Comfortable handling high lead volume and fast response expectations
Strong phone skills with the ability to confidently overcome objections
Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline
Results-driven mindset with a clear understanding that unworked leads waste marketing dollars

Experience with speed-to-lead standards (under 5 minutes)
Call center, inside sales, or lead coordination background in home services
