MLS Data Entry Specialist

Beycome is seeking experienced MLS Data Entry Specialists to join our growing MLS Department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately posting property listings onto Multiple Listing Services (MLS) across various states and MLS platforms. This is a critical function that requires precision, attention to detail, and strong MLS system knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Post property listings accurately and efficiently onto MLS systems in multiple states
- Navigate and manage different MLS platforms with proficiency
- Ensure all property information is entered correctly and completely
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across all listings
- Meet daily/weekly posting targets and deadlines
- Communicate with team leads regarding any issues or discrepancies
- Follow standardized procedures and guidelines for MLS data entry
- Perform quality checks on all entered data before submission


Required Qualifications:
? PROVEN MLS EXPERIENCE - Previous hands-on experience posting listings to MLS systems is MANDATORY and non-negotiable
? Demonstrated proficiency with multiple MLS platforms
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
? Two computer monitors
? English proficiency (reading and understanding instructions)


Position Details:
Salary: $500 - $700 USD per month (based on experience and performance)
Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses available
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST) + 1-hour lunch break
Location: Remote
