About the Business

We run a proof-driven website and media business with three clearly defined services:

Service 1: High-ticket websites for contractors

Service 2: Websites and intentional media for high-ticket service businesses

Service 3: Intentional photo and video media

Target Businesses:
Contractors

High-ticket service businesses

We do not sell generic marketing or branding.
We sell credibility, proof, and conversion-focused assets.

The founder remains the face of the business and handles all sales calls and closing.
This role is focused entirely on outbound outreach, lead generation, and starting conversations.




The Role

We are looking for a Senior Lead Generator to own outbound outreach and help design effective ways to consistently generate qualified conversations.

This is a part-time role to start (15–20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if the fit is strong.




Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Generation

Generate leads and start conversations across multiple channels, including but not limited to:

LinkedIn


Email


Google Business Profile research

Yelp and local directories

Other relevant platforms you recommend

Send personalized first-touch and follow-up messages

Manage daily outreach volume responsibly and professionally


Lead Strategy & Research

Propose and test your own outreach strategies for reaching:

Contractors

High-ticket local service businesses

Research and identify:

High-quality prospects

Decision-makers

Businesses actively investing in growth

Continuously improve lead quality based on response data


Qualification & Handoff

Qualify leads based on:

Business type

Project or business size

Website quality and online presence

Fit for Service 1, Service 2, or Service 3

Hand off interested, qualified leads directly to the founder

Maintain clean tracking of conversations and handoffs

You will not:

Run sales calls (for now)

Close deals




Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound

Understands how to design outreach strategies, not just follow scripts

Is comfortable experimenting with different lead sources

Knows how to start real conversations (not spam)

Can work independently and report what is working and what is not

Enjoys being an execution and strategy partner, not a closer




Required Skills & Experience

Candidates must have experience with:

B2B outbound lead generation

Lead research and qualification

Writing clear, professional outreach messages

CRM tools or structured lead tracking

Testing and iterating outreach strategies

Strong preference for experience with:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator (not required, but a plus)

Contractors, home services, or high-ticket local businesses

Founder-led service businesses

Long or consultative sales cycles




Time & Compensation

Part-time: 15–20 hours per week

Hourly rate: $4.00–$5.50 USD/hour, based on experience

Fully remote

Paid hourly (no commission-based selling)

Opportunity to increase hours and responsibility over time

Candidates will begin with a paid trial period focused on:

High-volume, low-quality outreach approaches

Candidates who need heavy supervision to perform

This role is for someone who wants to own outbound lead generation end-to-end while working alongside a founder who handles sales and closing.
