Go High Level Systems Builder / AI Automation Specialist (Remote)

Job Description:

Create Assistants is hiring a Go High Level Systems Builder to help us build and improve business systems for our clients.

This role focuses on system setup and automation inside Go High Level, with some exposure to AI chat and voice tools as part of our builds. You will not be expected to do everything on day one — we care more about strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to learn.

We are a growing company and this is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow their skills as we scale.




What You’ll Be Working On:

- Building and updating systems inside Go High Level

Creating and improving:
- Automations & workflows
- Pipelines & CRM stages
- Calendars & booking flows
- Forms & intake processes

- Assisting with AI chat and voice setups (training provided)

- Testing systems and fixing issues before they go live

- Helping keep systems organized and consistent

You’ll work with clear instructions and examples, and over time take on more responsibility as your skill level grows.



Required Skills:

- Experience using Go High Level

Comfortable working with:
- Automations & triggers
- Pipelines & CRM logic
- Calendars & forms

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow processes and instructions

- Clear written and spoken English

- Reliable internet and ability to work independently



Nice to Have:

- Experience building full systems (not just editing templates)

- Basic experience with AI tools or chatbots

- Previous CRM or onboarding experience

Training and support will be provided for areas you are still learning.



Work Details:

- We operate primarily on US Central Time, but strict overlap is not required
