Fractional CFO and Bookkeeper

Job Title: Fractional CFO & Bookkeeper

We are looking for a fractional CFO and bookkeeper who can coach and guide the company toward long-term financial security and stability across Playground and related entities. This individual will need to become familiar with the Playground business and conduct a thorough audit to ensure all receivables and expenses are accurate and properly aligned. They will be responsible for financial forecasting, strategic planning, and building a strong financial foundation to support growth and development. Additionally, this role will include preparing financials and documentation for filings with our CPA.

I am seeking a fractional CFO who can:
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to support long-term financial security
- Become fully familiar with the Playground business and related entities
- Audit and verify that all receivables and expenses are accurate and properly matched
- Develop financial forecasts and models to support growth and planning
- Help build a strong, sustainable financial foundation for the company
- Support business growth and development through sound financial strategy
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for CPA filings and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluent in English
- Be available to work, take phone calls and connect during US Business hours (7am - 6pm MST)
- Experience: 5+ years of CFO and bookkeeping experience
- Organized and Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in bank statements or receipt entries quickly
