We are expanding our solar sales team and are looking for skilled, motivated Appointment Setters with strong interpersonal skills who want to grow in a high-earning industry.
This is not an entry-level “figure it out yourself” role. We provide structured, hands-on training, proven systems, and ongoing coaching to set you up for success. That said, we are selective—this opportunity is for individuals who communicate confidently, learn quickly, and thrive in people-focused environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engaging homeowners and starting high-quality conversations about solar energy
Setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants
Following proven scripts and processes while adding your own personality
